CAN BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP PLAN

Changing America's Neighborhoods (C.A.N.) is the outreach ministry of KFGM a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that connects community needs to community resources. C.A.N. build partnership relationships with community businesses to help underwrite the cost of bringing needed help to members of the community who needs it most.Currently, we provide grocery supplies to over 1000 individuals on a weekly basis. This breaks down to about 200 – 250 families per week. We provide meats, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, canned goods, dairy products, juices, water, bread, staples, and delicious desserts.

We need businesses to partner with us to help us to continue to underwrite this cost. We are asking for at least a $125.00 monthly donation commitment from each business. That equates to less than $30.00 per week.

We need your help in reaching out to the less fortunate of our local community.

CAN INDIVIDUAL PARTNERSHIP PLAN

If you are an individual that love helping worthy causes, we have the C.A.N. Individual Partnership Plan design just for you.

You can contribute as little as $5.00 per week. A $10.00 and $25.00 plan is also available. If you want to give more or anything in between, it's up to you. All contributions are appreciated.

We need your help in reaching out to the less fortunate of our local community.
